Optional Forms (OF) in Word

All forms are available from Forms in Word as Microsoft Word documents that are completely fillable and easy to use, change, and copy.  We take pride in creating current, correct, and easy-to-use government forms in Word with automatic formfill and checkbox features. We send the government's PDF as well as our Word version; we always do a careful proof of each form to be sure it looks like the federal form. We are happy to answer questions that you have, and we usually e-mail your document to you right away (be sure to allow emails from formsinword.com); if it is a new form for us, we get started right away and send it within 24 hours - often much sooner. Instructions: Click on the Add to Cart button to purchase the form you want.  (There is no need to join PayPal to order; this is just a safe way of taking credit card orders.) After we receive notification from PayPal, we will e-mail you the form! The only information we receive from PayPal to contact you is your email address, so if you prefer that we send your form to another e-mail or if you typed it in wrong, e-mail us (forms@formsinword.com) about where to send your form (include your phone number).
